The Rector of the University of Abou Bekr Belkaid – Tlemcen extends his warmest congratulations to the entire university community for securing two new Erasmus+ CBHE projects under the 2025 call, marking a recognition of the institution’s quality, commitment, and expertise in international cooperation in higher education.
The first project, “Mediterranean Higher Education Leadership Academy – MED.HELA”, is a structural project (Strand 3) aimed at strengthening leadership capacities in higher education institutions in Algeria and Tunisia. It is coordinated by a consortium of prestigious institutions, including:

The second project, “HERITECH – Strengthening Digital Capacities for the Promotion of Cultural and Tourism Heritage”, is a Strand 1 project aiming to modernize higher education institutions through digital skills development to enhance cultural and tourism heritage.
